  • What forms of payment do we accept?
    We. accepts all major credit cards for Internet orders at this time (American Express not accepted for antique and vintage dolls). Orders can also be mailed to us with a money order or cashier check.
  • Is shopping at A Century of Dolls Inc.
    Yes it is. Please refer to the Security / Safe Shopping guarantee.
  • What are your shipping charges? Do you ship overseas?
    Please refer to our Shipping Information for current shipping rates and our international shipping process.
  • Why is an item backordered and when will I receive it?
    Occasionally we find that items particularly artist dolls can take longer then we can predict. Please understand the extensive labor process of these products lead themselves to delay. We will try our very best to assure that you receive your purchase on time.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We make every effort to have your purchases shipped as soon as possible. However many times a doll or bear is ordered especially for you. In this case we do not refund the deposit. If you need to change or cancel your order, you have 10 days from the time of that order to cancel.
  • Can I purchase an item as a gift?
    Yes. Your invoice will not be sent along with your order if the "ship to" address differs from the "bill to" address.
  • What if I have a question regarding a product or service?
    We certainly want to hear from you with any questions concerning our products or services. Please email our Customer Service department.
