We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your in store purchase we have a 7 day return policy and a 10 day return policy for mail order. Please call toll free

1-800-90 dolls(36557) or email us to discuss returns that are past our refund policy. On a limited basis we can offer store credits for products expiring the return policy. All products returned to us must be approved before a credit or refund will be issued. Any items sent without a call authorization from the shop will be returned to the sender.

The credit to your account will include a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless the product is returned due to our error or the product was damaged in shipping.

Refuse delivery on shipments that are damaged. If an item in the package is received damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt, and we'll send a replacement.

Note: 7 day full refund for in-store purchases. 10 day full refund on all mail order purchases. Sale merchandise noted final sale is not returnable.
